The feasibility study is a critical step in the campaign assessment process.  The basic question of whether or not the community would support your organization’s campaign should be answered in the feasibility study.  The process usually involves between 35 and 60 interviews drawn from major prospects for individual, corporate, government and foundation contributions and grants.

Feasibility study interviews should always be done by outside counsel.  Dowell Management develops our clients’ feasibility studies to address questions about the public awareness and support of the organization and also helps determine a reasonable, attainable goal for the campaign along with a realistic time frame.
