Quinn has more than 20 years of experience in public affairs in both the public and private sectors. Most recently she has managed her own consulting firm, with a focus on government relations, strategic communications and association leadership. She previously served in former Gov. Tim Pawlenty’s Administration and as a advisor for the Canadian Consulate General in Minnesota. Quinn bring a unique blend of public policy, corporate relationships and non-profit management to Dowell Management.
